Not a trailer.
Not an RV.
Not a cottage.

Built to Ontario code
Most "TinyHomes" today are not legal dwelling units in Ontario. Dwellings must be permitted, built to Ontario building code, and fully inspected before they may be lived in. We have created the first Ontario Building Code compliant TinyHome that is not an oversize load while towing.

Use it as a primary or accessory dwelling
Trailers, RVs, and other TinyHomes make great temporary sleeping areas, or convenient three-season homes in a trailer park or in cottage country where building code isn't always enforced. Our TinyHomes are different. They are fully legal, year-round dwellings in both rural and urban jurisdictions.

Relocate any time
When you move, your whole house can move with you! Put the wheels back on, tow it behind a pickup, and bring it anywhere. Our TinyHomes are designed to sit on a simple 6-pier foundation and hook up to any utilities available at your site.
Fold-down second floor!
Full height ceilings are mandatory to be code compliant. The typical TinyHome loft bedroom won't pass inspection. For this reason (and for your convenience) we created a fold-down second floor!

Folded down, the TinyHome is short enough to tow. Once you're on site, a built in winch system raises the walls back up to give you a standing height upstairs bedroom.

Pricing
Our TinyHome building has a base price of $130,000(CA)+HST.

This base package includes:
- all doors and windows
- HVAC systems
- electrical and plumbing rough ins
- exterior cladding
- interior wall and ceiling cladding
- flooring, lighting
- interior trim work
- all the trailer components and the trailer registration needed for towing.
The base TinyHome is great for handy people wanting to create their own home interior. For those wanting a completed interior with a full kitchen and all kitchen/bathroom/utilities appliances installed, we can provide all optional items for an additional cost of approximately $20,000(CA)+HST (exact cost depending on what finishes and appliances you choose).

We don't provide house foundations, site installation, or utilities hookups at your final resting site, but we will work with you and provide instructions to make sure you can get everything set up to your liking.

We will set up your TinyHome to use whatever utilities you have onsite. For example: hard vs soft water supply, or electric vs natural gas vs propane water heater.
